Awal Tahun yang Berat Lelah banget rasanya tahun ini. Belum juga berganti ke 2026, tapi 2025 terasa panjang dan berat. Seolah semua fase hidup datang bersamaan dalam satu tahun. Awalnya gue masih hepi banget kerja di Mekari Qontak. Timnya solid, pekerjaannya jelas, dan gue merasa sedang berkembang. Tapi semuanya berubah ketika pengumuman layoff keluar. Gue masih ingat banget hari itu, rasanya berhenti sejenak antara bingung dan gak percaya. Masa Hening dan Ketakutan Gue gak langsung nyari kerja baru.
